Dining Table Set

The right dining table set doesn't just fill a room — it becomes the place where your household gathers, every day, for years. Furnirem's solid wood dining table sets are handcrafted from premium solid oak in our Turkish workshop, paired with matching chairs built from beech wood with woven rattan backs and linen-cushioned seats. Every set ships complete — table and chairs together — so what arrives at your door is a finished, cohesive dining room, not a series of parts you have to track down separately.

Sets start from $285 for a compact 2-seater and scale up to a full 6-seater configuration. Round and semi-oval options for intimate dining rooms, rectangular and oval-edged options for larger family spaces. Natural oak and walnut finishes. Chair seat upholstery in off-white, light grey, and green. All orders ship free worldwide.

Why a Furnirem Solid Wood Dining Table Set?

Most dining sets sold online are priced by appearance, not construction. The joinery is hidden, the wood species is left vague, and the chairs that come with the table are visibly cheaper than the table they accompany. Furnirem sets are built to a different logic:

•       100% solid oak tables: Not oak veneer, not oak-look laminate. Every Furnirem dining table is constructed from solid oak wood — dense, stable, and built to resist 20–30 years of daily use. The grain pattern you see is the grain that runs through the entire piece.

•       Matched chairs, built the same way: The Irem chairs that accompany the Rexa sets are made from solid beech with hand-woven natural rattan backrests and high-density 1.2" foam linen cushions. They're not sourced separately as a cost-cut — they're designed and built to pair with the table.

•       Scalable configurations: The Rexa set runs from a 2-seater (25.5" table) to a full 6-seater (43.3" table). You choose the size that fits your household and your room — not the size the manufacturer decided to stock.

•       Two aesthetic directions: Natural oak for Scandinavian, farmhouse, or contemporary interiors. Walnut finish for warmer, richer, mid-century or traditional palettes. Both finishes apply the same eco-friendly water-based colour so the oak grain reads through clearly in both.

•       Eco-friendly production: Solid oak from sustainably managed forests. Water-based, low-VOC finishes. Joinery built for repair and long life rather than planned obsolescence.

•       Free worldwide shipping: All sets ship free to 30+ countries from our Turkish workshop. Estimated delivery 2–10 business days.

Furnirem Dining Table Sets — Every Model in the Collection

Rexa Solid Oak Round Dining Table Set — Natural Color (from $285)

The Rexa is Furnirem's flagship dining set and the heart of this collection. A solid oak round dining table with a butterfly pedestal base, paired with matching beech and rattan Irem chairs — each with a handwoven rattan backrest and a knitted linen cushion seat. The butterfly base delivers pedestal-style legroom (no corner legs) with the visual character of a mid-century architectural detail.

Available as a set of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 — with table diameter scaling accordingly:

•       Set of 2: 25.5" (65 cm) table diameter — ideal for studio apartments, breakfast nooks, compact kitchens

•       Set of 3: 29.5" (75 cm) — small dining rooms, open-plan kitchen dining areas

•       Set of 4: 33.4" (85 cm) — the most versatile everyday family configuration

•       Set of 5: 39.4" (100 cm) — generous 5-person setup, comfortable for entertaining

•       Set of 6: 43.3" (110 cm) — full 6-seater, the signature Furnirem dining room statement piece

Chair seat colours: Off-White, Light Grey, Green. Table finish: Natural oak.

Rexa Solid Oak Round Dining Table Set — Walnut Color (from $285)

The Rexa in walnut finish is the same set — same solid oak construction, same butterfly base, same beech and rattan Irem chairs — in a richer, warmer colour direction. The walnut-toned water-based finish deepens the oak grain significantly, adding the visual weight and sophistication of a dark wood piece without sacrificing the structural advantages of oak.

The walnut Rexa works beautifully in mid-century modern, industrial, and contemporary interiors where the natural finish might read as too light. Same 5 size configurations (2-seater through 6-seater). Chair seat colours: Off-White, Light Grey, Green.

Olea Solid Oak Wood Dining Set — 2 to 4 Seater (from $285)

The Olea is Furnirem's answer for smaller households who want a solid wood dining table set for small spaces without compromising on material quality or design. A semi-oval solid oak tabletop on tapered conical legs, paired with two or four matching upholstered chairs. The semi-oval format softens the geometry of a rectangular table while delivering similar surface area — ideal for narrow dining rooms and kitchen-dining combinations.

The natural oak finish is lighter in tone than the Rexa, creating an airy, open feel that makes compact dining rooms appear larger. Rounded table corners are family-friendly. Each handmade table carries unique grain variation — no two Olea sets are identical.

Chair seat colours: Off-White, Light Grey, Green. Configurations: 2-seater or 4-seater.

Best for: Small dining rooms, open-plan kitchens, couples and young families, Scandinavian and minimalist interiors.

Solid Oak Oval Edged Rectangle Dining Table Set

For households that need a rectangular format — maximum surface area for serving, working, and hosting — the oval-edged rectangle dining set delivers that footprint with a softened silhouette. The curved sides eliminate the hard corner aesthetic of a traditional rectangular table while preserving all the practical benefits of the rectangular format: more seats, more surface, more room for dishes.

This is the Furnirem set for larger dining rooms, formal dining spaces, and families who entertain regularly. Solid oak construction throughout. Pricing and configurations available on request — contact the team at support@furnirem.pro for the current set options and pricing.

Best for: Larger dining rooms, families of 4–6+, formal dining setups, hosts who need maximum table surface.

How to Choose the Right Dining Table Set

Buying a dining table set is a long-term decision — the right piece should work for the household you have today and accommodate the household you'll have in a few years. Here's how to think it through:

Step 1: Determine the Right Seating Capacity

•       2-seater: Couples, studio apartments, or households that primarily eat at the dining table solo and want flexibility for occasional guests.

•       4-seater: The most versatile configuration for households of 2–4. Seats the household comfortably with room for occasional guests.

•       6-seater: Families of 4–5 who entertain regularly or need space for extended family gatherings.

Rule of thumb: allow at least 36–48 inches of clearance around all sides of the table for comfortable seating and movement.

Step 2: Choose Your Table Shape

•       Round (Rexa): Best for square rooms, promoting face-to-face conversation, and maximising legroom via the pedestal base. No awkward corner seats. The 43.3" 6-seater Rexa fits a room of approximately 10×10 feet with standard clearance.

•       Semi-oval (Olea): Best for narrow or elongated rooms where a full circle would be too wide but a standard rectangle too formal. Softer geometry, smaller footprint than a comparable rectangular table.

•       Rectangle with oval edges: Best for larger dining rooms where maximum surface area is the priority. Works well for households that use the dining table for work, crafts, and serving as well as meals.

Step 3: Choose Your Finish

•       Natural oak: Honey-to-golden tone. Pairs with light interiors, Scandinavian palettes, white or grey walls, and linen upholstery. Makes small rooms feel larger and airier.

•       Walnut finish: Rich chocolate-brown. Pairs with darker interiors, mid-century palettes, darker flooring, and warm accent colours. Adds weight and presence to a dining room.

Step 4: Choose Your Chair Seat Colour

•       Off-White: Clean, versatile, pairs with any table finish. Works in both modern and traditional interiors.

•       Light Grey: Neutral, contemporary. Softens the warmth of the oak and works particularly well with the walnut finish.

•       Green: The most characterful option — botanical, warm, and distinctive. Particularly effective against the natural oak finish.

Care & Maintenance for Your Solid Oak Dining Set

•       Use table pads or placemats under hot dishes, glasses, and serving bowls — solid oak is resilient but not immune to heat marks or prolonged moisture exposure.

•       Wipe spills immediately with a dry cloth — don't let liquid pool on the surface.

•       Clean with a lightly damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral soap. Avoid bleach, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners that strip the water-based finish.

•       Tighten chair joints every 6 months — normal use gradually loosens connections, and preventive tightening avoids wobbling or structural fatigue.

•       For minor surface scratches on the oak tabletop, rub gently with the meat of a walnut — the natural oils fill small imperfections and blend the mark into the surrounding grain.

•       Apply a thin coat of furniture wax or wood oil once or twice a year to maintain the finish depth and protect the surface through seasons of daily use.

•       Keep the table away from direct sunlight for extended periods — uneven UV exposure causes gradual colour variation across the tabletop.

Dining Table Set Trends Shaping Homes in 2026

•       The return of round dining: Round dining table and chairs sets are experiencing their strongest commercial moment in a generation, driven by a cultural shift toward face-to-face connection at the table and away from screens. The pedestal round format eliminates the hierarchical head-of-table dynamic that rectangular tables impose.

•       Rattan and wood combinations: The pairing of solid wood tables with rattan-back chairs — exactly what the Rexa set delivers — is the defining aesthetic of premium dining furniture in 2026. It combines material honesty with textural interest in a way that neither pure wood nor upholstered-only chairs achieve.

•       Natural oak and walnut resurgence: After years of painted and grey-washed furniture dominating the market, authentic wood tone is back as the priority. Buyers want to see the grain, feel the wood, and own something that will age rather than date.

•       Sets over separates: The market data shows that buyers increasingly prefer a curated, matched dining table and chairs set over individually sourced pieces — not because of laziness, but because the design coherence of a matched set is genuinely difficult to achieve when sourcing table and chairs independently.

•       Sustainable sourcing as standard: Buyers are asking where the wood comes from before asking what colour it comes in. Furnirem's solid oak from sustainably managed forests is no longer a niche differentiator — it's an expected baseline for premium furniture.

Sustainably Sourced, Built to Last Generations

Every piece of solid oak in a Furnirem dining table set comes from sustainably managed forests operating under strict environmental and replanting protocols. We apply water-based, low-VOC finishes to all surfaces — safer in your home, lower environmental impact in our workshop.

The joinery in every Furnirem solid wood dining table set is designed for repairability. Broken components can be fixed or replaced rather than requiring the whole set to be discarded. A Furnirem dining set purchased today is built to last 20–30+ years — and the cost-per-year math on that lifespan makes it one of the best-value furniture decisions you can make.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are Furnirem dining table sets made from real solid wood?

Yes. All Furnirem dining tables in this collection are constructed from solid oak wood — not veneer, not laminate, not MDF. The chairs are built from solid beech wood with handwoven natural rattan backrests. This is genuine solid wood construction throughout.

Q: What configurations are available for the Rexa set?

The Rexa set is available as a Set of 2 (25.5" table), Set of 3 (29.5"), Set of 4 (33.4"), Set of 5 (39.4"), and Set of 6 (43.3"). Each configuration includes matching Irem beech and rattan dining chairs with linen cushion seats.

Q: Can I choose the chair seat colour?

Yes. Irem chairs come in three seat upholstery options: Off-White, Light Grey, and Green. The selection is made at the point of purchase on the product page.

Q: What size dining table set do I need for 4 people?

The Rexa Set of 4 (33.4" / 85 cm table diameter) is designed precisely for this configuration. The round pedestal format seats 4 comfortably without corner leg obstruction. For a more rectangular format, the Olea 4-seater or the oval-edged rectangle set are the alternatives.

Q: What is the difference between the Rexa and Olea sets?

The Rexa is a round dining set with a butterfly pedestal base, available in 2 to 6 seater configurations, and comes in both natural and walnut finish. The Olea is a semi-oval set on tapered conical legs, available in 2 or 4 seater configurations, in natural oak finish only. The Rexa is the more dramatic, statement-making set; the Olea is more compact and understated.

Q: Do you offer free international shipping?

Yes. All Furnirem dining table sets ship free to 30+ countries worldwide. Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days from our Turkish workshop. Full tracking is provided.

Q: What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Contact support@furnirem.pro to initiate a return. Proof of purchase is required.

Q: How long does a solid oak dining table set last?

A Furnirem solid oak dining table set, properly maintained, is built to last 20–30 years or more. Solid oak is one of the most durable furniture timbers available. The joinery is designed for repairability — individual components can be replaced rather than the entire set discarded.
